Assign a credit tier from a score, using a range lookup
A1:A4 holds the minimum score for each GXBank credit tier (ascending), B1:B4 the tier name. E1 holds an applicant's score, which will rarely match a threshold exactly. Write a formula in F1 that returns the tier whose threshold is the largest one at or below the applicant's score.
