Foodpanda — Checkout Drop-off

Foodpanda's app team logs one event row per checkout stage a session reaches: opening the app, viewing the cart, entering payment, confirming the order. They want to know where sessions fall out of that funnel, and whether iOS and Android behave differently. Five sequential steps: raw stage counts, a platform-by-stage pivot, conversion rates between stages, each platform's weakest step, then the single step to fix first.
