Extract the service type from a Maxis ticket ID
Column A holds Maxis support ticket IDs in the format MX-<service type>-<case number>, e.g. MX-INTERNET-K002233. The service type isn't always the same length. Write formulas in B1:B2 that extract just the service type — the text between the two hyphens — for each row.
